LUX soffit builds on the incredible success of the V-Groove cladding program through the combination of technical innovation, smooth and vented options, double-panel products, and our proprietary variegated woodgrains.
SMOOTH or VENTED products
This premium product can be installed either perpendicular or parallel to a roof-line and installs exceptionally clean with the use of the LUX J (#840) and LUX Fascia. These products are available in smooth or vented configurations and can be used in combination with either the 4” or 6” V-Groove products.
DOUBLE 7 TWO-PANEL siding Products
Our Double 7 two-panel product is an extremely versatile and cost-effective solution. Because of the overall 14" width of the profile, the installation of the Double 7 product can be completed very quickly, saving you money and time on your project.

The Custom Cut V-Groove from LUX is manufactured to the exact lengths required for your project, from 4 feet to 24 feet per panel. This precision fabrication reduces on-site cutting and helps minimize waste while ensuring a perfect fit. Made from cold-rolled galvanized steel, the Custom Cut product offers the same premium durability and finish quality as other LUX products.
By removing the limitations of standard sizing, it provides maximum flexibility for both residential and commercial projects. Custom Cut orders have short lead times and require no minimum quantity, making them a practical and efficient solution for architects, builders, and installers.
The LUXLAP V-Groove Soffit is designed with an interlocking lap joint that allows each panel to connect cleanly to the next, eliminating the need for joiner trims, visible butt joints, or improvised overlaps. This creates a seamless, continuous run that maintains both visual elegance and structural strength across any length. The panels are made from rigid 24-gauge galvalume steel, combining durability with refined aesthetics. Available in both 4-inch and 6-inch V-Groove profiles, each 12-foot panel box covers either 40 sq ft (4″) or 48 sq ft (6″), helping to reduce installation time and material waste.
The hidden seams and precision fit make it possible to achieve uninterrupted design lines, especially when using LUX’s proprietary variegated woodgrain finishes that reduce pattern repeat and enhance the look of real wood.

The Double 7 two-panel is an extremely versatile and cost-effective solution. Because of the overall 14-inch width of the products profile, the installation of the Double 7 can be completed very quickly, saving you money and time on your project. The soffits wide profile also lends itself to a refined architectural aesthetic as it is less visually cluttered and snaps together almost seamlessly.
The Double 7 is unrivaled in the industry providing 9.216 sq. inch of vent per Lineal Foot. Because of the nature of the manufacturing process and the amount of material coverage provided by the Double 7, there are also cost-saving benefits to choosing this product which means you can use now you can install even more beautiful LUX on your projects! This product is also available in all of LUX’s proprietary colour ways so you can get that wood aesthetic without the pesky home maintenance or repair costs.
